Specialist Disability Accommodation is purpose-built housing for NDIS participants with high physical support needs. Wheelchair-accessible layouts. Reinforced structures. Smart tech. Ceiling hoists. Everything designed around how you actually live.
The NDIS pays the housing provider directly. You contribute a reasonable rent based on your disability support pension. The care that happens inside the home is separate, and that's where Bloomington Care comes in.
How we do SDA
Partnership, not paperwork.
Bloomington Care doesn't own SDA properties directly. We partner with an established Melbourne SDA network with homes across the south-east and northern suburbs. That gives you access to purpose-built housing without the long wait, and gives us the freedom to focus on delivering support inside those homes.
