Medium Term Accommodation

A safe place to stay while the next thing gets ready.

Between one home and the next, you shouldn't have to compromise on the standard of care.

Medium Term Accommodation gives NDIS participants safe, supported housing for up to 90 days. It's for the moments in between: waiting for SDA, coming out of hospital, transitioning between arrangements. The stay is temporary. The care standard isn't.

What MTA is

Housing between chapters.

MTA gives NDIS participants safe, supported accommodation for up to 90 days. It's designed for people who are moving between homes, waiting for a permanent SDA home to be ready, or transitioning out of hospital and not yet ready to be fully at home.

You still get the support you need. Just in a temporary place designed for the transition.

When MTA is right

Common situations.

Waiting for your SDA home to become available

Coming out of hospital and needing supported accommodation before going home

Needing safe accommodation while home modifications finish

Between long-term housing arrangements

How we deliver MTA

Same standard. Shorter stay.

Our MTA is delivered through the same partnership network we use for SDA. The stay is temporary, but the care is not. Same reliability, same matching approach, same attention to how you actually live.
